Object Workflow
The object workflow functionality lets the user gain control of how and when objects should be edited, updated and deleted. It also includes better control of the object status and the approval of objects' changes.
Object Revision
The object revision functionality makes it possible to see and create all revisions of the object. Creation of a new revision can be connected to a state in the workflow. The user can also rollback an object to an earlier revision.
Document Version
Document version makes it possible for the user to add version notes for his changes and also store a copy of each version in the vault. Version notes can be added at the following times: Check out/Check in, manually from design and from the Explorer.

In explorer we have added a portal tab containing one or several portlets showing:

Advanced Excel Reports
An advanced excel report can have a customized appearance based on a template page in the report template. This template page simply reflects a customer's wishes for the report appearance.
Additional files
With this feature the vault will handle more files for each document, such as error file, xml file etc.
Structure locks
Lock objects that has a designation in the locked structure. This is configured for each role.
Customer Revision
The customer revision feature allows for replacing the normal revision history with a specified revision. This means that when you e.g. send a report to a customer, they will not see your internal revision history.
Filter row
The filter row makes it possible to type in a filter at top of the grid. Very easy to access and very powerful in the Variables dialog.
URI
It is now possible to create external links which browse to objects and documents in the application. The external links can be sent in emails, Skype etc.
Export Documents
Because of the vault that stores files in a secure manner, we need a feature to export files when for example we need to deliver them.
