Shanghai Wujing No.2 Electric Power Generating Co., Ltd., a company within Shenergy Company Ltd., purchases Ides MasterConcept 9.0 for use in their entire plant design process to build up a complete plant documentation and plant structure.
“With the unique possibilities in Ides MasterConcept to combine plant object structures and related technical or commercial documentation, Shanghai Wujing No.2 Electric Power Generating will be able to follow plant data through the entire plant life cycle”, says Lars Geidne, CEO of Ides AB. “As we deliver the Ides MasterConcept to this power plant, we release the first package of MasterConcept 9.0, supporting Unicode. The installed version will be in Chinese”.
In this project, the objective for Ides and the IAR SuZhou DaiTing Power Technology Research Company Ltd., is to implement Ides MasterConcept for better traceability and detailed plant data handling through the plant lifecycle in Shanghai Wujing No. 2 power plant.

WuJing Power Plant uses MasterConcept 9.0
Ides has delivered the first licenses of MasterConcept in Chinese to Shanghai WuJing Power Plant No.2. The system is now installed and plant documents like daily management instructions and maintenance management instructions produced in Word and PDF have been migrated into Ides’ system, and PID Drawings (DWG format) have been drawn in proMaster.
Ides unique solution with database-driven design and related document handling in combination with multiple plant structures, gives WuJing PP the opportunity to gain increased overview of the facility, with document security maintained.

Shanghai Wujing No.2 Electric Power Generating Co., Ltd. was invested by and constructed by Shenergy Co., Ltd. (51%) and Shanghai Electric Power Co., Ltd. (49%).
