With Release 26, we are introducing a new Custom Instruction Builder that enables you to create and manage your own user guidance directly within the system. Instructions are automatically linked to the specific menu, function, or workspace where the user is currently working, ensuring immediate access to relevant information when needed.
Users can simply press Alt + F1 to open the corresponding instruction or help content for their current context, significantly improving user adoption and operational efficiency.
Together, these improvements create a more flexible and user-friendly project environment where administration is reduced and focus can be placed on project implementation.
Our platform has long supported advanced document-to-document relationship management, enabling users to establish links between related documents such as drawings, specifications, and 3D models.
Release 26 introduces powerful new capabilities designed specifically for contract and agreement management. Users can now create structured document packages consisting of a primary document with one or more associated attachments, while maintaining seamless access to metadata across both the master document and its attachments.
The new functionality also supports scenarios where attachments must remain controlled or locked, such as industry-standard templates, regulatory forms, or externally maintained reference documents.
Once a contract has been reviewed and approved, the system can automatically generate a consolidated PDF containing the complete document package. This PDF can then be distributed electronically or routed directly through our integrated e-signature solution for secure and efficient execution.

Together, these enhancements provide a more immersive, informative, and productive way to work with digital building information across both Master explorer and Master portal.
To provide increased control and flexibility, several new project administration features are introduced:
Together, these improvements create a more flexible and user-friendly project environment where administration is reduced, and focus can be placed on project implementation.
Connecting project execution, asset information, and documentation in one controlled environment.
As organizations strive to deliver projects more efficiently while maintaining control of critical information, the ability to connect project activities with operational asset information becomes increasingly important.
projectHUB creates a seamless link between an asset’s as-built information and the changes introduced throughout the project lifecycle. Instead of relying on disconnected file exchanges, email attachments, and manual information transfers, project teams and asset owners can collaborate within a single, controlled environment.
This connected approach not only simplifies day-to-day project work but also improves data quality by ensuring that requirements, responsibilities, and deliverables are clearly communicated to the individuals responsible for providing project information.
By centralizing project information and workflows, organizations gain improved visibility into project progress and deliverables. Reviews become easier, collaboration becomes more transparent, and stakeholders can access the information they need when they need it.
The result is reduced administrative effort, fewer misunderstandings, and a significantly lower risk of information gaps at project handover.
Most importantly, project teams can avoid the costly surprises that often emerge after project completion when missing or inaccurate documentation is discovered.
No two projects are exactly alike. Different project types require different ways of organizing information, documents, and deliverables.
With Release 26, project teams can configure project-specific folder structures and document frameworks tailored to their individual requirements. Standardized templates help accelerate project startup while ensuring consistency across projects and disciplines.
By providing participants with a predefined structure from day one, organizations can simplify onboarding, improve information management, and ensure that project documentation remains organized and accessible throughout the entire project lifecycle.
