Business continuity management at Ides AB due to the Covid-19

As a service supplier we have tried to prepare our company and organization due to the consequences of the impact of the Covid-19 virus.
The preparations we have followed is based on advice and instructions from The Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) Publ.nr MSB1519 – March 2020.
MSB is responsible for issues concerning civil protection, public safety, emergency management and civil defence as long as no other authority has responsibility. Responsibility refers to measures taken before, during and after an emergency or crisis.
Measures has been taken to delimit spreading the virus by closing our office since the 27th of March and employees are working from home.
Priority
We have made a priority of our technical support of assisting support and corrective support covering mainly our organization divided in 1st Line Support and 2nd Line support.
Working from home
All our employees in Ides AB Group have the necessary tools that is needed to keep 100% of our capacity of our business. This includes our administrative department and sustain our responsibilities to our employees and authorities regarding taxes and reporting protocol, according to Swedish Law.
All employees in our Swedish subsidiaries have the directives to conform with instructions from Swedish authorities. Everyone shall keep them selves up to date with new regulations and laws that the parliament and government decide upon.
Especially The Public Health Agency of Sweden who has a national responsibility for public health issues and works to ensure good public health.
Summary
Our overall assessment is due business is well-spread in different regions in Sweden and abroad, as well as an age distribution of our employees, that even in a critical situation we should be able to maintain 100% of the assistance and support that we have promised to our customers, in our support and subscription agreements.
